14-Day Return Period

You may request a return within 14 calendar days after your order is marked as delivered.

To qualify for a return, the item must be:

• Unworn

• Unwashed

• Unaltered

• Free from stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, pet hair, and other signs of use

• Returned with all original tags attached

• Returned in its original packaging when possible

Fashion Icon LLC may reject a return that does not meet these requirements.

Starting a Return

Before returning an item, contact us at [email protected] or call 323-448-5041.

Include the following information:

• Your full name

• Order number

• Item you want to return

• Reason for the return

• Photos if the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect

Do not mail an item back until Fashion Icon LLC approves your return and provides return instructions. Unauthorized returns may be refused or sent back to the customer.

Return Shipping Costs

Fashion Icon LLC will pay the return shipping cost when:

• You received the wrong item

• The item arrived damaged

• The item has a verified defect

• Fashion Icon LLC made an error while processing your order

The customer is responsible for return shipping when:

• The item does not fit

• The customer selected the wrong size, color, or style

• The customer changed their mind

• The return is unrelated to an error by Fashion Icon LLC

Shipping costs must be paid directly to the carrier unless Fashion Icon LLC provides a prepaid return label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Fashion Icon LLC is not responsible for return packages lost or damaged before they reach us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order as soon as it arrives. Contact us within 14 calendar days of delivery if an item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Include clear photos showing the item, packaging, shipping label, and the issue. We will review your request and provide return or replacement instructions when approved.

Fashion Icon LLC is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, washing, alterations, ordinary wear, or failure to follow the item’s care instructions.

Refunds

We will inspect your return after it arrives.

When approved, we will issue the refund to the original payment method within 7 business days after accepting and inspecting the returned item.

Your bank or payment provider may require extra time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the return resulted from a damaged, defective, or incorrect item sent by Fashion Icon LLC.

Exchanges

We cannot guarantee that another size, color, or style will remain available while your return is being processed.

To receive a different item quickly, return the original item for a refund and place a new order through fiboutique.com.

Sale and Promotional Items

Unworn sale and promotional items may be returned within the same 14-day return period unless the product page clearly states that the item is final sale.

Gift Cards

Gift cards are not refundable or redeemable for cash unless required by law.

Refused and Undeliverable Packages

Orders returned because of an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unsuccessful delivery attempt may be refunded after the package returns to us.

Original shipping charges and any return shipping charges assessed by the carrier may be deducted from the refund unless Fashion Icon LLC caused the delivery issue.
